Pastor Randy joined us in 2015 from Hastings, Minnesota where he had served for 10 years as an assistant, senior, and marketplace pastor. Prior to that, he and his wife Jennifer served nearly 10 years in Hong Kong as church planters of an international English speaking church.

He and Jennifer have four children and one grandchild, and when they are not involved in local ministry, they enjoy taking short-term missions trips to continents of Africa and Asia.

Pastor Randy is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and is currently working on his Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership Development. He is also a certified Lead Like Jesus trainer and coach.

Katie began attending Arise! as a newborn and probably never dreamed that she would someday work at the church. In 2014, she began working as an administrative assistant in the church office.

She holds a B.A. in English from The Pennsylvania State University and when she is not cheering on the Nittany Lions, she can usually be found enjoying outdoor sports with her husband Peter and their two young children.
