Maybe you are looking for a church to attend this weekend... we would love to have you visit!
Maybe you are looking for a church home - a place where you can know and worship God, "do life" with others in intentional community, and join with others in sharing God's good news with those around us. We would be honored to have you come check us out.
Foundational Beliefs and Purpose
We believe that God exists and that He is the creator, sustainer and ruler of all of reality. (Colossians 1:15-18)
We believe that God loves every individual and has given each of us a way to enter into a right relationship with Him and receive His gift of new and everlasting life through the person and work of His one-and-only son, Jesus Christ. (John 3:16)
We believe that God has revealed Himself to us in the pages of the Bible. We seek to understand, know, and follow His will as He shows it to us in the Bible through the power of His Holy Spirit at work in our hearts and minds. (2 Timothy 3:14-17)
All around us we see brokenness: injustice, disaster, suffering, and broken relationships. When we are honest, we see our own selfishness, pride, wrong motives, and wrong actions as part of that brokenness. We are painfully aware of our separation from a healthy relationship with God.
Where is the Hope?
We believe the ultimate problems of mankind can only be addressed through a right relationship with God in Jesus Christ. He offers healing and hope to us, to our human relationships, and to our world.
As a community of Christ followers, our purpose is to:
To exalt is to lift up, make known, glorify, praise. We exalt Christ in corporate and personal worship, Bible reading, and prayer.
To equip is to prepare for action by providing needed tools, supplies, and skills for the tasks at hand. We equip believers to live like Jesus and to serve Him in all of life.
Evangelize Our Community
To evangelize is to spread God's good news. Our supreme desire to see as many people as possible in our community and world find new and eternal life in God through Jesus.
